AthleticsAfrica.Com will be three on July 25, 2007 - Happy Anniversary !!! To subscribe to our RSS feeds you will need to download and install an RSS news reader or aggregator – there are many free news readers available for download on the world wide web.

The following are some popular newsreaders. Windows - Newz Crawler, FeedDemon, Awasu, FeedDemon Mac OS X - Newsfire, NetNewsWire, Amphetadesk Web - Bloglines, My Yahoo!, NewsGator, BlogLines.

But, if you use browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Safari 2.0 or the Internet Explorer 7, you only need to add the feed to the in-built reader by pasting or dragging the address of the feed into the newsreader.

After installing the news reader, you can add each feed manually from the Web site by clicking on the "Subscribe"(in Internet Explorer 7) or the "RSS" orange button next to the feed.
