Nelson Mandela Bay Nedbank Matha Series Half Marathon - July 4, 2009

Nelson Mandela Bay Nedbank Matha Series Half Marathon, Port Elizabeth and 5km fun run (incorporating the SA Half Marathon Championships).

The event will start and finish at the NU 2 Motherwell Stadium, in Port Elizabeth on July 4, 2009.

The starting times are 07h00 for the 21.1km wheelchair race, 07h15 for the 21.1km main race and 07h30 for the 5km fun run. 

The cut off time for the race will be 10h15 three hours after the start of the 21.1k km race which gives most beginners ample time to cross the finish line to earn themselves a medal.

Entry fees are as follows: R40.00 for the 21.1 km race and R10.00 for the 5km fun run, and if you are not a registered runner you will be expected to pay an additional R15.00 for a temporary licence. Athletes over the age of 60 participate for free.
