Syracuse University Senior Uhunoma Osazuwa is set to compete at the Penn Relays 2010 beginning tommorrow at Franklin Field in Philadelphia, Pa.

Osazuwa, who was born in Las Vegas, Nev. to Nigerian parents - Adesuwa and Noyoze Osazuwa, will compete in the College Women's High Jump Eastern at 10.00am and the College Women's Long Jump Eastern at 4.00pm.

She proved she was among the best in the USA as she took second overall and was the top collegian heptathlete at the 44th-annual Sea Ray Relays hosted by University of Tennessee two weeks ago.

The meet, which joins the top NCAA-qualifiers in the nation, is one of the top competitions of the season for multi-events.

The 22-year-old All-American finished with a lifetime best and NCAA provisional-qualifying score of 5,378 points, which places her fourth in the NCAAs nationally for the heptathlon.

Osazuwa also earned fourth place in the javelin (34.56m) and 11th in the 800-meter run (2:33.99)and went into the final day of competition with a slim first-place lead over another Nigerian American, University of Kentucky's Precious Ijeoma Nwokey, 3,358 to 3,349.
