Defending champion Blessing Okagbare yesterday retained her national 100m title winning for the third successive years at the 65th All Nigeria/Cross River State Athletics Championships inside the UJ Esuene stadium in Calabar, Cross Rivers state of Nigeria.

The Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN) has increased the prize money of the 2011 All Nigeria/Cross River State Athletics Championship which commenced at the U. J. Esuene Stadium, Calabar today.

Nigeria's and African women 100m champion, Blessing Okagbare has stated that her target at the 65th All Nigeria/Cross River State Athletics Championships is to make it to the IAAF World Championship in Daegu, Korea in August.
