The 7th Obudu Ranch International Mountain Race and the 3rd African Mountain Running Championships 2011 is now open for registraion.Obudu Mountain Resort is one of the finest tourist destinations in the world. Deep in the tropical rain forest of Cross River State, Obudu and the Ranch present an enchanting scenery and breathtaking vistas.

The resort which s located on the Obudu Plateau at an altitude of 1,576 metres above Sea level is equipped with modern facilities like an International Hotel, and airstrip, a Golf Course, nature reserve, Waterpark and is equipped with a Cable Car and a Canopy Walkway (both first in this part of the World).

Mokoka, Phalula twins spearhead SA team to Africa and World XC Championships

Lebogang Phalula (890) - ahead of Agness Chikwakwa (858) - on her way to the senior women's 8km victory at the 2009 Southern Africa Region XC champs in Mauritius 2009(Clyde Koa Wing)

South Africa's 10,000m and XC Champion Steven Mokoka and the Phalula twins are to spearhead the SA contingent to both the African Cross Country Championships in Cape Town on March 6 and the World Championships in Spain on March 20.
